Our soul essence can be lost, taken, or stolen.

It can be lost in abuse. Other people or entities can take it.

When this happens, you leak energy. You may feel like you are not yourself and that you are constantly searching for something outside of yourself.

That can manifest as addiction to food, alcohol, substances, or people.

When other people have your soul energy, it can influence your thoughts, behaviours, feelings, and choices, and you perceive what is going on for them and their reality. You feel their reality and think it is your own.

This can drain you; even if a small bit of your energy is missing, it can have a huge effect. It can also be misdirected and used against you.
